I am a translator working from English into German, specialising in fiction driven by tension, psychological complexity and clear narrative structure. My main areas of work include thrillers, psychological thrillers, dramas, historical novels and biographies.

As a literary translator, I focus on producing German texts that recreate the impact of the original: coherent in tone, fluent in rhythm and credible in voice and dialogue. Complex or stylistically uneven source texts require careful analysis, structural awareness and a strong sense of narrative effect.

I work with publishing houses and professional authors and have experience with book series, varied tonal registers and collaboration with editors and editorial teams.

In addition to literary translation, I offer specialist translations in the medical field. My focus areas are endocrinology, gastroenterology, nutritional medicine, and metabolic disorders – fields in which I have built solid expertise through certified nutrition training and extensive independent research, with a particular focus on thyroid conditions and gut health/microbiome.
