Medical, Non-fiction & Health Translations

Alongside literary translation, I also undertake project-based translations of medical texts, non-fiction books and health guides from English into German.

A particular focus lies on nutrition and health topics as well as medical specialisms including endocrinology, gastroenterology, metabolic disorders, and gut microbiome – grounded in certified nutrition training and extensive specialist research. This includes scientific texts, clinical studies and medical abstracts.

All translations are carried out with a clear focus on readability, target audience and fluent, natural German. I do not treat specialist translation as a volume service, but take it on where content precision, structural clarity and linguistic care are called for.
